Pros:

• Very cheap!
• The formula is extremely creamy & smooth and hence makes application a breeze! I love it especially for lining on the waterline and the tightline. *thumbs up*
• The colour is a true black unlike some other pencil liners that turn out more grey than black ^^
• Pretty waterpoof

Cons:

• Staying power is only mediocre. (This can be made better by smudging some e/s)

Overall, I think this is a fairly decent product considering its price so for babes who are looking for a cheaper pencil liners, do check this out. ^^ Watsons is having discount now :P
